I’ve known Jeff for something crazy like 12-15 years. That’s how long he worked with my parents on finding them their dream home. When they were looking he was there to help. When they weren’t ready, he would stay in contact with them to check in and see how they were doing and let them know he’d be ready the second they were to start looking again. Eventually it came time for me to find a house of my own and I knew exactly who to turn to. The realtor who’d committed so much time and effort and never gave up on finding my parents a new home, even when they occasionally would. We looked at houses for a few months. We’d send Jeff anywhere from 3-5 listings at a time and he’d set up showings at the drop of a hat for us whenever it was convenient for us even if it wasn’t for him. He helped us make multiple offers and helped us never get discouraged as they were each rejected. And then we finally found the one. A house to call our own. A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. A place to live as newlyweds and someday raise kids. All the time spent, listing looked at, and offers rejected finally made sense. This was the house for us. Jeff never gave up on us, just like he never gave up on my parents. He helped us through every part of the process, offering to help us move, help fix up things and get it ready for life. And now we’re getting ready to start a family. Then, just a couple months later, he found my parents one too, fairly close to us even. I will forever be thankful for Jeff’s dedication and help in finding us our house and helping us through the entire process with great care. But I will forever be even more thankful that he never gave up on finding my parents a better home. So many times they’d think they were ready to move over the years and he’d show them countless houses. But the time was never right. He didn’t begrudge them or try to force or rush them into a bad deal or a bad home to help his own pocketbook, but he always kept in touch. And when the time was finally right, he showed them even more houses with the same care and enthusiasm in year 15 of looking as he did in year 1 until they finally found the one. I’ve only ever worked with one realtor and we found such a perfect home, I don’t think I’ll ever be in the market again. But if we ever were back to looking at homes, as long as Jeff is in the business, there’s no one else I’d ever need or want to work with. - 12/09/2023
